This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website. nodge is a trade name of CoreCubes B.V., the data controller for the processing described here. We keep data collection to a minimum and host on EU-based servers.

What we collect

This website is intentionally light on data collection. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us:

• Contact form. When you book a demo or get in touch, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and your message.
• Direct email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your request, answer your question, and follow up about a demo or about using nodge. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you are or may become a customer, taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we never sell, rent, or trade it.

Who we share it with

We do not share your personal data with third parties except for the service providers (processors) we rely on to operate the website, and only to the extent needed to provide their service:

• Resend. Delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox as email. Resend processes the contents of your submission to send that message.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and to maintain a reasonable record of our communication. When it is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict or object to our processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email info@nodge.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run analytics. Any cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function.
